New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – Anaheim Ducks forward Corey Perry headlined
the NHL’s ‘Three Stars’ for the month of October.
Perry scored an NHL-best 10 goals with four assists over 12 games in the
season’s first month. He netted tricks against the Penguins in the season
opener and against the Sabres on Oct. 22.
Pittsburgh Penguins center Sidney Crosby was named the Second Star after
registering seven goals and eight assists.
The Third Star went to Dallas Stars center Tyler Seguin, who also recorded 15
points with seven goals and eight assists.
