Juventus rolls a 7 in rout of Parma

Turin, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) – Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente and Alvaro
Morata each scored a pair of goals on Sunday as Serie A leading Juventus
routed Parma, 7-0, at Juventus Stadium.

Since dropping a 1-0 decision to Genoa back on Oct. 29 in league play,
Juventus has regained its devastating offensive prowess with wins over
Empoli and Olympiakos.

The home side opened the scoring barrage in the 23rd minute through Llorente
and Stephan Lichtsteiner doubled the advantage six minutes later.

Llorente completed his double in the 36th minute and Tevez got his first tally
of the day five minutes into the second half and finished his brace eight
minutes later for a 5-0 lead.

Morata put an exclamation point on the rout with tallies in the 76th and 88th
minutes to give the Old Lady all three points as the club remains on top of
Serie A with 28 points.

Also in Serie A on Sunday, Diego Farias scored in the 17th minute and an own
goal from Luca Rossettini in the 53rd minute forced Cagliari and Genoa to
share the spoils.

Sergio Pellisier scored a pair of goals, including a 90th minute winner as
Chievo claimed a 2-1 win over Cesena, while Federico Barba and Massimo
Maccarone scored to give Empoli a 2-1 win over Lazio.

Paulo Dybala and Cyril Thereau traded goals as Palermo and Udinese played to a
1-1 draw, while Gonzalo Higuain netted 61st-minute goal to hand Napoli a 1-0
result over Fiorentina.

Roma kept pace with Juventus to remain in second place and three points back
of the Old Lady after claiming a 3-0 win over Torino thanks to goals from
Vasilios Torosidis and Seydou Keita in the opening 27 minutes.

Inter Milan was held to a 2-2 draw at home by Hellas Verona in Sunday’s other
fixture as Nicolas Lopez scored in the 89th minute for Hellas after Inter’s
Gary Medel was sent off in the 51st with his team holding a 2-1 lead.
