New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – New York Knicks point guard Jose Calderon
will miss 2-to-3 weeks with a right calf strain.
Calderon, who underwent an MRI on Thursday, suffered the strain during the
preseason, but re-aggravated it during warm-ups prior to New York’s season-
opening loss to Chicago on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old veteran averaged 11.4 points, 4.7 assists and 2.4 rebounds in
81 games for Dallas last season.
