Edmonton, AB (SportsNetwork.com) – Edmonton Oilers forward Benoit Pouliot is
out indefinitely after suffering a broken foot in Friday’s game against the
New Jersey Devils, the team announced during the second intermission.
Pouliot, who signed a five-year, $20 million contract with the Oilers in the
offseason, exited after blocking Marek Zidlicky’s shot.
The 28-year-old has tallied three goals and five assists in 19 games this
season.
