shorthanded late in the second period and Erik Cole added an empty-net score
as Dallas claimed a 5-3 decision over Boston at TD Garden.

the Stars, who were coming off an overtime victory against the Rangers on
Sunday which ended a three-game slide.

sitting on the bench after starting 11 straight, Tuukka Rask was called upon
in relief, but suffered the loss after giving up Daley’s strike on 21 chances.
